How to Cope With Emotional Work Fatigue

It’s normal for emotional work to leave you feeling tired, fatigued, and drained.


I call it emotional weight lifting. ‍♀️️‍♀️ Ya ever notice it after an intense therapy session or emotional exchange with someone you care about?
