My first live event sold out! It was a full day workshop focused on self-care. I brought along Joe Dennis CMHC, Allison Shiffler CSW, Emily Ruth Coach, and Sara Hughs-Zabawa LCSW to help me teach, inspire, and practice self-care in groups via discussion and meditation. I now sell an online self-care course that compacted this 8 hour live workshop into a take home version for anyone!
