KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Had a fabulous time speaking at the first Intuitive Eating conference put on by Intuitive Meal Prep! I spoke alongside other fantastic speakers like Stefanie Reinold, MD and Devrie Petite, RD. We addressed diet culture and intuitive eating to a large crowd of women. As always, as the keynote speaker I had them dance and practice my unique affirmation approach that’s always a crowd pleaser.
